The Giver

Written by Lois Lowry, The Giver is one of the best books I've ever read. The book was copyrighted in 1993. In the book, the main character, Jonas, lives in a Utopia where there is no fear and pain. He is assigned the role of the Receiver of Memories. The Giver shows him the true pain and happiness of life.
